Last minute Engineering work for Musical Theatre!

A bit of a last minute request from one of the class members who was unable to cover the engineering for a vocal session this evening covering Theatre and Lounge music from the 60's. Members from the Performing Arts and the Threatre group were wishing to record a few vocal tracks to the songs Big Spender from the musical Big Spender, Sinatra song Fly me to the Moon and Dean Martins Blue Moon.

Like the Performing Arts recordings earlier the setup was fairly simple where the mic choice on this session was the Audio-Technica 4050. The performers sung to backing tracks based upon the original recordings.

A fairly straight forward session for this one but one that could possibly offer up opportunities going forward.
